How We Source Educator Workflows and Compare Tools

Where Does Each Workflow Claim Come From?
Every claim about an educator links to an evidence record. That record points to a public video with a timestamp, or a public page with a section name.
We describe what an educator publicly teaches. We do not rate or score educators.
How Are Tool Prices Checked?
Prices come from the vendor's own pricing page and carry the year they were checked. A price we cannot confirm is labeled as such and never counted as zero.
Free trials and intro credits are not treated as free plans.
How Often Is This Research Updated?
Every educator page, tool pick, and price on this hub was researched in 2026, and each price shows when it was checked. Amazon gear shows price bands only, because Amazon prices change daily.
When a vendor changes its plans, or an educator switches tools in newer videos, the page is revised and the check date moves with it. Older tools stay on the page with a dated label, such as Historical 2019, instead of disappearing.
How Are Reddit and YouTube Quotes Verified?
Every trader quote on this site is first-hand and links to the exact Reddit comment or YouTube video it came from. We copy the words as written, typos included, and show the platform's own logo next to each one so you can see where it lives.
If we can't open the original post, the quote doesn't run. A screenshot of a screenshot is not a source.
How Do the Tool Finders Pick Three Matches?
Each finder asks five questions about how you trade. Every answer becomes a set of criteria, every tool carries the criteria it meets, and tools are ranked by how many of yours they match. When two tools tie, the one with a tested Alpha Score from our editorial site ranks first.
No tool can pay to rank, and an affiliate link never moves a tool up the list. The full scoring method is on the How We Test page.
What Do We Leave Out on Purpose?
We don't score educators, predict prices, or promise returns. We don't publish a rating, price, pro, con, or review count that nobody supplied, and when a field is empty we hide it instead of guessing.
Amazon gear shows a price band rather than an exact price, because Amazon prices change by the hour. Every gear link carries our Amazon Associates tag, which the disclosure page explains.
How Do You Report a Mistake?
Prices move and educators change tools. If you spot something out of date, email jay@bestaitradingtools.com with the page and the source. Confirmed fixes go live with a new check year on the item, and the old tool stays on the page with a dated label so the history is visible.
